1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Locatica application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Locatica is a promotion and place discovery platform serving the Bilkent University campus area. We aggregate deals and vouchers from local businesses and present them to registered users.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Promotions and Vouchers
Promotions are offered by participating businesses, not by Locatica. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fulfilment of any promotion. Businesses may modify or withdraw offers at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: share, resell, or transfer vouchers; use automated means to claim promotions; create multiple accounts to circumvent per-user limits; or misrepresent information to businesses when redeeming a deal.
