We collect information you provide during registration (name and email address), usage data (promotions viewed and claimed, places visited), and device identifiers for push notifications.

We use your data to operate the service, personalise deal recommendations, send notifications you opt into, improve platform quality, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share anonymised and aggregated analytics with participating businesses. We share data with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Your Rights
Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Submit requests to support.locatica@gmail.com.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
6. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and role-based access controls.
